"Felt this little gem needed a shout out, if only if it helps one person who suffers with chafing whilst running.

I have suffered terribly this last year with under-boob chafing on pretty much every run - some days worse than others. (Sorry if too much skin - we're all grown ups, right). 😁 I've tried different size and different material sports bra's and a few anti-chafing brands, yet the chafing has continued to make running and post running, especially that post run shower, super painful. I resorted to using Rock Tape, which tbf, helped, but was not ideal.
