Returns and Exchanges
Satisfaction Guaranteed. We are cool with exchanges and returns. Simply email us, and we will look after you.
How to return: Send us an email to tell us your order number and what you would like us to do. We will then give you instructions and look after you. The return address is:

When to expect a refund: You will be refunded within 3 working days.
Return windows: We accept returns indefinitely. There is no time window.
Customer return fees: We do not charge restocking fees. If the product is faulty we will not charge for return postage. If you have changed your mind about the purchase, we expect you to cover the return postage costs.
Seasonal overrides: Our open returns policy does not have seasonal changes.
Faulty Product: If the product is faulty we may ask you to destroy it, or return it (at our cost), and we will replace or refund.
Exchange Product: If you wish to exchange the product. No problem. We are very happy to accept returns, whether there's a problem with the item or you've simply changed your mind. Simply parcel it up and post it right back to us at the address.
Shipping Information.
All orders are shipped ASAP, normally same day. If we foresee any issues, we will let you know via email ASAP.

UK Delivery Service: From December 2022 we are largely using Amazon for delivery because the Royal Mail has become very unreliable due to strikes. Amazon is very quick and reliable, and delivery days include weekends. Amazon will also send tracking details via email and/or mobile.

UK shipping is FREE, or at near cost for express 1 day service.

We use both the Royal Mail and Amazon logistics for delivery. Royal mail airmail is used for orders outside the UK.
